Hi, our back door has a gap when it's closed; we've been able to feel the cold air blowing in recently. However, this week it appears to have gotten worse at the bottom - it's raining hard, and water is coming in at the bottom of the door. What can we do?
Could me anyone of a dozen differant things.
Wood, steel, fiberglass door?
Is the threshold gasket missing?
Is there a stoop, deck, steps level with the threshold?
