doorway into the cellar
 

hi.i would like to fit a doorway leading from the entry at the side of the house into the cellar.do i need planning permmision to do this.thanks

If it is a new opening, yes...if it is existing no. I would replace the door with the same size, only insulated type doors if you can. This way you don't make the heating bill bigger than it already is.:)
