I am going to replace windows in a house that faces the pacific ocean. Any recommendations on window types or materials, that can resist salt air corrosion? The windows on the front of the house receive heavy rains and winds also.

i highly recommend unleaded pvc windows for ocean climinate .and please be carefull about handles and espagnolettes raw metal choose stainless steel and chrome coating options. same for handles.
and about model you could prepare sliding or folding ones for clean scenery in balconies . and french open models are also good solution for scenery.
