Basement Insulation Vapour Barrier
 

I am about to start a basement renovation project. I am going to insulating some bare walls. I am wondering if i would should put vapour barrier on both sides of the insulation? So up against the basement wall to keep outside moisture out. Plus, also put it between the drywall and insulation? I do live in Canada so no sure if that affects this decision or not.
