sealing inside of garage
 

Hi everyone

Winter is coming... Just wondering if I should seal this part inside of the garage...

It's the gap between the dry wall (?) and the concrete wall.

The second picture is a close-up.

If I need to seal it, what product should I use? Is the DAP Latex Multi-Purpose Insulating Foam Sealant a suitable product?

I wouldn't worry about it. There should be a sill gasget between concrete and wood framing to stop the wind. They leave a gap to the drywall so that the drywall dosn't suck moisture from the concrete.
