Done with all of our exteriors for the year, and was just going through some of my photos. Thought I'd post this one.

Power washed it all to remove all surface dirt and chalk, then two coats of Benjamin Moore Moore Guard on everything. I really like the new color palate, makes a huge difference IMHO.

Thanks for sharing Paul. I am hoping to get a bit more out of the exterior season but I am also hoping for a cold snowy winter but I was thinking like Dec-Jan

Yep. Its an older home with a few additions on the back of the house. Then there's the two garages in the back. I absolutely love this house for the property. Huge lot with a huge yard, and two garages. That's pretty rare in the city.
