Default Car Port

I'm looking to seal the concrete in my carport to make it easier to clean.

Anyone have any suggestions?

It's already covered in old fluid spots so I'm thinking it may not be worth my time, but I'm planning on being their longer (maybe even buying it) so I would be seeing it as a long term investment.

Does it get wet in the car port area when it rains?

Yes it does. It stays wet too. Takes a couple of days to dry up.

H&C sold at SW makes some good stains and sealers for concrete. I would be concerned about the stains depending upon severity.

i would use a tinted siloxane sealer. They have one that's a "new concrete" color. It's used a lot when the contractor pours the driveway, then has to wait on the inspection for the approach. They don't match, this makes it match. You might have a WVT problem, so that's why I would use something with so low of a solids.
