Chipped paint and painting
 

My husband and I are wanting to paint our kitchen. It is partly covered with wallpaper. When we were removing the wallpaper it also took part of a layer of paint. It is only in cerain spots. Do we remove all of the paint or use liquid drywall to fill in those spots? Or is there anything else we should do? We want it to look close to professional.

I found you a video, this guy looks like he's done it more than once.
