Default Paint comes right of when cleaned or even rubbed with the BACK of my nail.

(This is the same room I posted that the ceiling had ridges if you read that. Took 3 days but the finally agreed to float the ENTIRE ceiling. Not sure of the ruggedness of THAT mud but have no reason to touch it.)

Used Behr Premium. 2 coats over new drywall done by a contractor.
(I DO have doubts he sealed the drywall AND I believe he mixed his mud too dry in a naturally cold room) which they also cut the heat too.

Where mud was liberally used the wall will fall off if touched firmly. No ****!
What do I do? I cant re-mud. Am I stuck back at square 1 to rip ALL the drywall and start over? I want it done right. Cost is no hold back.

I believe you should give the contractor a call and ask him to help you fix this problem, whether it is his or someone else's responsibility.

Ouch, I think I would be testing all areas to see if it is everwhere or just spots, If only some is lose perhaps you could patch it and if it all comes off perhaps it could be just redone.
