painting over darker color
 

hello all, I'm painting a lighter color over a darker color. should I apply two coats of primer before painting or use one coat and use two coats of paint or does it matter? thanks

Why don't you get your primmer tinted and then top coat. See how the coverage is and if you need a second top coat.

thanks for responding, but I already applied the first coat already. I didn't realize you could tint the primer. is there a extra charge for this?

No extra charge for tinting primer as there is no extra charge for tinting paint either.
