So . . . the porch is finally done! I mixed some green oil paint (from art store) with the red floor paint to make the color darker. That kind of worked, it looks pretty good.

You should be aware that oil based paints don't dry (like muck dries into mud), they "cure", just like cement cures to form concrete. It'll take about a month for your oil based paint to reach about 99% of it's ultimate hardness, so for the first few days, treat it gently because it's during the first several days that it's most prone to being scuffed and scratched.
