Is that equipment available in the Dominican Republic, or does it have to be shipped in?

No no, icould find compressors that you can use for this purpose but nothing specialized like this.

It is a decent rig for the average homeowner and entry level professional. For me they are throw away rigs but I know many professionals that run them into the ground.

Importing is probably an issue. What is the Dominican price?

No at all, it's easy ,to import and in a good price in my opinion but i dont find this equipment here.

Interesting. Are you a professional or going diy? If pro I would consider a Titan 440i/440ix or a Graco 390/395. Any of these units will serve you well for many years. If you are more diy I would pull the trigger on the x9.

Myself I run Graco 695's but that is because I find them to be very versatile rigs with a history of dependability.

For sure those are really great idea, and a highly recommended product when it comes to painting service, but my case is a little different i am industrial eng. with a very strong background in process, lean service, painting and surface treatment. But i don't want a very expensive equipment right now, because i don't have so many services regarding painting perhaps ahead we"have to consider your suggestion about the titan and graco 695's...

What do you think about this pro x9 graco for this purpose explained above.?

I think the x9 will work out well. Take good care of it and it will serve you for some time.

Welcome to the forum. I would like to see some pics of your work. :)
