Any of you workout on a regular basis? Over the last few months when I am not working, I walk 3 miles a day and lift weights. I have lost 30 lbs and 3" off my waist. Feel the best I have in years.

I need to. I used to work out 4 days a week and felt great, then I met my other half and haven't been back since. She did buy me a gym membership for my birthday but I have yet to use it.
I have everything I need to, but no I don't.
We started walking again, but it's still 100 at 6. Same issue with the weight bench.
I keep telling myself that if I lived in a place where I could work out without dying I would.
Up to 5 miles a day and 100 arm curls with each arm with 20 lb barbell. Haven't lost any more weight, tho.
You will likely start gaining weight, I did when I was lifting. I miss benching. I love weights, if I could just have a buddy that lifted and had the same schedule.
Doing it by myself does get old, sometimes.
That's the single biggest issue with lifting. I have to get my wife to spot me which can be a problem.
