Corner question
 

Hi guys will I be able to take care of this flaw with tape and mud? Any tips would be helpful!

Should be able to, no problem...if you are worried, use Flex tape in that corner.

What's going on the ply shelf?

It's acting as my top plate for framed out wall. I plan on putting bullnose granite over ply wood. Just need to mud in small little gap between Sheetrock and plywood.

I should be fine eh?

Well, if granite is going to be covering the joint at the wall, dont worry about mudding it in...it wont stick too well anyway...besides being hidden.
