Just curious if anyone might know what a fair price is for a 4x8 piece of National XP Gypsum Board? Thanks.

Depends on the thickness and type (water-resisitant, fire resistant, etc)?
Your best bet is to call around to your local stores and ask for their price.
Don't rule out calling building supply stores versus big box store.
