Query about the cracks in wall and basement.
 

It's since 2 years had passed i built my house. But recently i have noticed that the walls & the basements are getting cracked. During the rainy seasons they are leaking water. Is there any good basement water leakage repairing company near Toronto, Canada?

Are the cracks at 45 degrees?
That can mean a settlement issue. It can be from a miscalculated foundation too. Before doing any repair I would examine the foundation carefully.
