Hey guys,

I've got water damage in my ceiling and it's actually starting to run down one of my walls (on the inside, not visible side). I can't get up into the attic above the ceiling and it can't be water damage from rain, so it's probably a pipe or something and I can't get to it. I need to call someone to help me fix both the source and the damage because there could be mold now too. I think this is out of my DIY abilities. Anyone know any companies that would be good for both the water fix and the mold fix?

If they're going to knock holes in your ceiling to check out the problem, you might as well knock holes in the ceiling and look in. The drywall is already clobbered.

Once you know what the problem is you can have plumbers and drywall people bid on solving it.
