Dishwasher sound .. not cleaning.
 

Thanks for looking at this.. found this forum from homebrewtalk

Our Dishwasher has not been cleaning right for a little while.. and is leaving some scum on our dishes.. I have tried the vinagar wash with no avail.

Here is a video of a crazy sound our dishwasher is making, but it has been making this sound since we moved in (may). Never really have had great results with the washer..

could be a clog water inlet
could be a strainer retaining food particles
could be a bad cutter blade not digesting food particles
could be a water restriction inside the unit due to calcium build up
could be a pos for a dishwasher
could be a poorly positioned discharge hose w or w/o a check valve
could be all of the above, take your pick

New construction? New kitchen or existing? Does the dishwasher drain? I had to knock out the plug from the disposal dishwasher attachment two times in my life. Of course they weren't draining at all.
