:(My machine won't wash dishes. Leaves heavy grey film. Have checked wash arms,(top and bottom), connector for top rack spray, removed bottom filters ran vinegar through two full cycles and still dirty. Watr level is draining well and all cycles are functioning. Have always used jell detergent. Tried powder recently,(today), and still dirty. Help! Douglasmorris:help:

Do you use a rinse agent? Like that Jet Dry stuff? It's supposed to help with that film. Do you have hard water?
