Thanks much! I just got back from a long trip, hoping to find my stove parts waiting for me, courtesy of MR Grogan. We lost much less than you, but this confirms a very bad business! Have called the Norton police and reprted our experience to a detective there. I strongly urge you to do the same, as we are dealing with a clear case of fraud.
