washer agitator wont work
 

I have a stackable Kenmore wsher/dryer. It fills with water however the agitator wont sart the cycle. Sometimes if I mess with the agitator it will pick up and start moving, however lately as soon as it starts it will click back out or not respond to me trying to move it at all. Is there an easy fix to this issue???

Does the motor run?

Thw whole agitator or just the upper 1/2 of the agitator? Hear something working when the agitator is not moving or is the washe dead?
