How do u clean a polystyrene foam/micro bead pillow?
 

I have a polystyrene foam pillow or a micro foam beads pillow. I've had it for some time now and it needs cleaning but the label says to spot clean only. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Either just machine wash it and see what happens or get a new one. They are not usually too expensive.
