Removing paint from counter tops
 

Have Corian countertops and there are small paint spots I need to remove. Any ideas?

Soak the counter top with water to help loosen up the paint and then wash them off with a rag.
Latex paint I'm assuming.

why run the risk of staining, scratching or marring the countertop when plain ole warm water will do the trick?

The warm water did the trick. No ill effects.

Apply olive oil to the portion of the countertops affected by the paint. Rub in the olive oil with a dry rag, moving in a circular counterclockwise motion.
