8" Wide Plank Hardwood... Nail and Glue ???
Hey,
This weekend I will be installing 8" Wide Plank Hardwood Floors , 3/4" thick hand scraped on my main floor , living room, kitchen and dining room (open concept). What would people recommend just nail or glue and nail?? If someone could give the pros and cons that would be great. I am laying this over 1/2" ply. What size nails or glue should I be using ?? Any help would be great. Thanks in advance! |

No glue, glue is if you install on concrete slab. Rosen paper under the hardwood to prevent squeaks. Your plywood needs to be underlayment rated like AC or BC ply. |
