Can we install kitchen cabinets with adjustible feet ontop of dupont Laminate floorin

I am new. We are completely gutting and replacing our kitchen. We have purchased Dupont Tuscan Stone Laminate floor. The manufacturer states not to install kitchen cabinets on top of laminate floors.
Our kitchen cabinets have adjustible feet. We will be securing the cabinets to the wall not to the floor. So is it possible to install kitchen cabinets on top of floating floor, or not. And why.

The floating floor needs approximately 1/2" inch space from any wall or cabinet. Although the cabinets will not be attached to the floor, they will still have weight on the floor which would interfere with the 'floating'.
