Estimate for Installing Underlayment
What will be estiamted time to install underlayment in 1100 sq. ft. area.
The material - 3/8" plywood ( about 30 sheets ) needs to be screwed onto sub-floor.
Based upon time, I need to ensure that I am being charged reasonably by my contractor.

A lot depends on is he suppling the material, is the present subfloor going to be screwed done first, whats the layout of the house. More rooms, more cost. How many workers on his crew. Kinda hard to determine on a web page.
