Any suggestion for transitioning from the hardwood floor to the adjacent Pergo floor that is 1 1/4" lower? I am laying down 3/4" hardwood floor over the 3/4" plywood which has been nailed to the concrete slab. The adjacent floor has Pergo over the concrete slab. I can not find any molding that deals with the height difference greater than 3/4".

Height differences in new construction are a major part of the planning process.
The reason being, height differences in floors are a major contributor to accidents in the home.
The manufacturers are aware of this and do not want to seem to condone or encourage differences by providing transitions. They could actually be made liable for the accidents if they provided an easy way to cover them.
The custom woodworking shop is the only way to go.
