How to fix the finish on a Marmoleum floor
 

Hello,
Liquid laundry detergent accidently spilled on my marmoleum finish and lifted off the top layer, so the rest is beautiful and shiny and this spot is dull and can see where the top layer has been lifted. Is there anything I can do to restore this floor? The spill is very visible

it is a beautifully "designed" floor, and I would love to be able to fix it.
