subflooring choices
3/4" plywood tongue and groove glue and screw it down or
the 3/4" premium osb T&G glue and screw it ?
which one is best to use?

For joists 16" on center we use 5/8 plywood or 3/4 osb. I perfer the osb, no knot holes, no delam and tongue and groove fit better.

yeah they are 16 on center i'll go with the 3/4 osb tongue and groove is a no brainer glue and screwed

We use Advantec T & G with ceramic coated decking screws. Not reguler OSB

Advantec screwed and glued...no problems at all since I switched to it.
