vinyl tile install goof up

By mistake I installed a couple of vinyl tiles rough side up. How can I fix this
Removing doesn't look easy ? Everytjing else is looking good. Please help.

Get out a chisel, a sharp utility knife, whatever it takes to cut the center out. Then start from there, peeling and working outward. If you start at the edge, you will damage surrounding tiles and the job will just get bigger.

The advice regarding the edges remains. I use a torch starting at the center, moving outward and scraping with a putty knife, rigid scraper, etc.
