Water coming in under foundation
 

I have a shed I want to convert into an office or soundproof band room but the slab is set slightly below the ground/grass level. Whenever it rains heavily or I water the yard the water runs over the slab and under the baseboard of the framing on the concrete slab. It has rotted the baseboard out so I know I'll have to replace it . Is there a way I can seal the water from coming in . ? I'll try and figure out a way to upload pictures.

You would have to re-shape the lawn and the lawn next door to have water run away from the shed
