Which Deck Has The Least Amount of Maitenance?
 

I want a deck that dont have to been cleaned every two weeks. I want to do it maybe 4 weeks to a month. Not sure which deck is best. Help me out here fellas. Thanks!

Vinyl decks seem to be the best in your case. They are one of the lowest maitnance decks out there. You could go with composite as well. I just think vinyl is a better way.

Vinyl is a very good way to go but if you really want to go for the least amount of maintenance then I suggest that you use plastic composite decks since they don't rot or splinter, no coating, no painting, and it doesn't look bad.

Do different types of wood require more or less maintenance than the basic green pressure treated type found at any hardware store?

metal always works great, only thing about them is the rusting of it, but other than that it really is (usually) the studiest of them all :)
