Im having major cracking in my basement ever since we moved in, the house was already 7years old and didnt have any cracks at the time we moved. Then they stared showing up I checked the sump and its completely dry, almost like it never had water in it. which is odd for its been raining and all the snow runoff. So im just curious what could be causing the cracking? Plugged weeping tiles?

Now, where is the cracking exactly? Is it in the foundation or the floor itself? What is the shape of the traps; are the up\down, horizontal, etc? Are the cracks running up into the bricks above the foundation? Post some pictures if possible and I'll give you the best option.
