Default Concrete basement floor repair
Hopefully you don't start charging me for questions. I am selling a house and the inspector for the seller wants me to fill a floor crack in the basement with a flexible filler. Can someone give me a name for something g like this?

Don't no the name off hand but you will find with other caulks, it comes in a tube.

Your best bet is a waterproof filler from DAP:
