Default Driveway repair

We need to replace our terrible asphalt driveway and are looking at concrete - either white or aggregate. My question is... what is a reasonable warranty on the work and what should be specified in the warranty?

Any and all advice is appreciated. Thanks!

Welcome Carol:
The warranty should include cracking, breaking, heaving and surface pop-off. It should be for at least 1 year which will take you through all the seasons and should show any weakness.
