Default foundation erosion

Hello All, First time poster here.

There is an area (5ft) on my foundation that is eroding. The house is about 80 years old. The section that is eroding was covered is spots with moss/mold. I used a mixture of water and bleach to scrub it off.

My question is what are my options for "resurfacing it" and then painting\water proofing it.

I have tried to research for the right product(s) and instructions but have come up empty and thus more confused

Any help would be great!

Thanks
Troy
