craig's list is full of those guys & some even know what they're doing  unfortunately most buyers posting for work on cl either think they're gc's or too much of themselves  we won't work for them,,, send me a note if you wish - we're in marietta & might be able to recommend someone if we're sure what you want,,, exposed agg takes some experience but NOT just conc experience,,, there're a couple methods to reach the tight look,,, good luck !
