I am missing a slash in this new construction basement window (attached) and need to identify the manufacturer to order a replacement. Checked with Duo-corp, this is not their. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

dang, what happened to the sash? I cant help you identify the manufacturer. Perhaps you can contact the builder? Perhaps some of the supply houses that sell to the trades?
