Quikrete
I am pouring footings for my deck (42" deep by 12" in diameter). I am using quikrete brand cement and was wondering if there was a certain type of quikrete to use. Some have suggested the fast setting stuff. Opinions?

Just use the Qukrete concrete mix. You do not need any special properties.
You will have very little load on it until your first deck party.
Make sure your post brackets are in as accurately as possible.
