Default Ufc 30

Would a concrete porch, about 50 years old, need to be sealed or etched before applying the UFC 30?
Also, I have a spot that is spalling. Can I just fill it in and roll over it?
What is the texture of it once finished? Feel kind of like tools when they are dipped in the plastic coating?
Thanks

nope - just repair your spalls properly,,, we scrub w/clorox/dawn solution - let dry - then coat per directions.

never dipp'd tools into the plastic so no idea however the tools i have that're coated are smoother.
