Sealing new stone work
 

Finally got the stone laid on chimney chase, it has been
suggested to me that I put a sealer on to help keep water
from getting behind the stone. How long should I wait to do this?

I would want to spray the sealer on asap with cold weather coming. There is no need to wait.
