Happy news - we removed the panelling and found only one crack on one outer wall. We have dug out around the outer part of the foundation and sealed the crack with ashphalt as our contractor instructed. We've also dug window wells for any lower windows.

We are hopeful that this - and possibly installing a sub floor - will be very helpful.

Thanks!
