Energy improvement.
 

Just a thought on if we should have an energy improvement area for folks to post their ideas.
This would be ,water saving measures,electrical or power consumption,insulating options and cool gadjets.
It may be easier to find in one area?

I think that's a real good idea. We are in an emergency need for reduced energy use. We really have our heads in the sand on this one. State and federal governments have tried to encourage alternate production but they only match money at the best and give tax credits at the least. We have been such a wasteful, gluttonous country for so long its going to take some real shocker to bring us back. Lets talk about it.

That sounds like a great idea. In these times we need to cut back where we can and it is better if we can put our heads together for the solutions. If energy prices keep climbing as they are the average american will not be able to live the same quality of life without conserving energy.

I think its a cool idea too. Since I am remodeling I am trying to go as energy efficient as I can afford with my budget:rolleyes:

Please start several topics in this forum to help gain momentum for this new forum. Green and bettering energy consumption is a big topic of mine both in practice and reading. Glad to see the interest!

Today world is looking for alternative energy sources, now a day’s energy demand is very important problem. So prevention is better than cure then energy saving is important one. I have one project real time based load control by using microcontroller energy saving system.
