I'm brand-spankin' new here, but have you tried the Akismet anti-Spam plugin? Akismet works beautifully on Wordpress.

Hello TXBuilder:

I have been off the Forum for an extended time but now my computer seems to be working with it just fine. Tom has been asking me to take his palce as a moderator and I am willing, if you need me. I am retired and I find a lot of company in reading and answering the Threads. I also have time to help out with the other problems. Just a thought.
