Default need help with recent viewing

I joined this great site earlier today. I logged back in to continue viewing post from several years ago talking about experimenting with recovering attic heat to supplement existing heating in the winter. I have spent an hour trying to navigate and find the posts or threads. If other details are needed it can try to supply them. I would like to build a similar unit. The post were excellent from ducting to monitoring the heat to fan selection.

Can you help me find it?

thanks:

Do you remember anything else about it?
