Securing Sill to Foundation
 

Thanks for all the input on the stud replacement! While replacing the studs I realized the sill plate is not secured to the foundation! I jacked the house a bit and looked into the block and its hollow all the way around the perimeter. Is there a way of strapping it to the block? or will I have to jack the house remove the sill and fill the block?

If you check with these guys, you should be able to tie the wall down to the mud sill
