The link I'm getting comes up dirty with a FYURL in front so it doesn't make it to the article.
No great revelations there and I've discussed all those things with customers...
The big one is getting them to know where that main water supply valve is located...
I like to make sure that customers know where that is...
I also like to make sure it has better than a snowballs chance in hell of actually working. I replace a lot of them.

This forum needs a thanks button. I am the same as Redwood, I like to inform my customers where the shut of valves are and educate them about their plumbing system.
