Interesting. I saw water coming in from the lower walls and the floor before it started coming in from the drains. The emergency alarm on the system pump in the tank went on, indicating that it had shut off, probably because it was full.

I want to see if I can rent a scope this week.

The city will want you to raise the lids on the tanks to above flood level. You should talk to them, they may want to look at all the tanks in the area.

Yes, They did the installations, etc. I think they are looking at how to remedy this issue. Big email day, tomorrow!
