Bathroom sink rusted at the bottom
 

HI Folks;

need some advice.
I have an 8 yr old sink that has rusted from the bottom.
The plumber has recommended that i replace the sink, which I would be glad to.
However, the specific size (18x18 inch with the holes for the faucet jutting out in the front - seems out of manufacturing).

Any suggestions on how i could fix the bottom of the sink OR
any alternative shops that carry older models anywhere in the US or Canada.
