Help with drainage line for my sink.

Hello,

I'm having a problem with the drain line for my bathroom sink. The stand has ceramic in the back which is blocking it's route to the drain in the wall. Doe's the p/s joint have to be below the main drain slot to work? Are there any certain shape pipes I can get to bypass cutting the mount of the sink? Does anyone have any suggestions?

here are some pictures to help you see what i'm talking about...

Drain base to Wall 6.5inches
Drain base to blockage on sink stand 13.5inches
Drain base to Wall main drain slot 7.25inches

In the picture above your trap is installed backwards.

Thanks, that wasn't the problem but I did get it fixed. I was just useing that picture as an example of the pipes being to long.
